This form must be completed by all missionaries and missions organizations seeking consideration for financial support from Lighthouse Baptist Church. Each month, we receive many requests from missionaries and ministries seeking support, and we are grateful for the opportunity to learn about your work.

We understand that your time is valuable. Once you have submitted this form, there is no need to contact us further regarding your request for support. Please trust that we will prayerfully review the information you provide and seek the Lord’s wisdom and direction concerning the missionaries and ministries He would have us support financially.
