Girls' Dress Code:

Shirts

• Solid colored-polo shirt

• Royal blue, black, white, gray

• Short or long sleeves

• Not form-fitting or see-through

• Short or long sleeve t-shirts may be worn underneath polo shirt; however, the t-shirt must be white

• No logos are permitted (incl. brand logo)

• Not required to be tucked in

Skirts/Jumpers/Polo Dresses

• Black or khaki

• Must cover the knee (front & back) when standing

• Not form-fitting or see-through

• Slits or opening must be below the knee

• Polo dresses are permitted in K4 & K5. The colors should follow the guidelines for polo shirts.

• Jumpers are permitted in K4-6th grade. The color should be black or khaki.

Shoes

• K4-6th - tennis shoes required daily

• 7th-12th 

  • tennis shoes permitted on non-chapel days

  • flat dress shoes required on chapel days

• Boots - Permitted year round for all grades; however, they may not be worn on the gym floor for recess or P.E.

Socks & Leggings

• Socks/tights are not required.

• If worn, socks/tights must be black, white, or tan.

• If worn, leggings must be black, white, or tan.

Sweaters/Hoodies

• In class

  • Any Lighthouse-issued hoodie

  • Solid colored knit sweater (royal blue, black, white, or gray)

  • Hoodies are not permitted in class on chapel days (7th-12th only)

• Recess, lunch, and traveling to/from school have no restrictions

Boys' Dress Code:

Shirts

1. Solid-colored polo shirt (royal blue, black, white, gray)

1. K4-6th: Daily

2. 7th-12th: Non-chapel days

1. No logos are permitted (including brand logo)

2. Short or long sleeves are permitted

3. K4 - 2nd: shirts are not required to be tucked in

4. 3rd - 12th: shirts must be tucked in

5. Short or long sleeve t-shirts may be worn underneath polo shirt; however, the t-shirt must be white

6. 7th-12th:

   1. On chapel days students will wear an Oxford-style blue, black, white, or gray dress shirt and matching tie

   2. All buttons must remain buttoned on chapel days

   3. No hoodies are permitted on chapel days.

Pants

1. Dockers-style black or khaki with a maximum of 4 pockets

   1. K4-6th: internal or external pockets

   2. 7th-12th: no externally-sewn pockets

2. K4 - 2nd: no belt required

3. 3rd - 6th: belt required if pants have a belt loop

4. 7th- 12th: belt required daily

Shoes

1. K4-6th: non-marking tennis shoes required daily

2. 7th - 12th:

   1. non-marking tennis shoes permitted on non-chapel days

   2. dress shoes required on chapel days

(note: dress-casual shoes are acceptable)

1. Non-marking sneakers or tennis shoes are required to be worn during PE.

1. Boots will be permitted year-round for all grades; however, they may not be worn on the gym floor for recess or P.E.

2. Students may wish to keep a pair of tennis shoes at school since boots and dress shoes are not permitted on the gym floor.

Socks

1. socks must be black, white, or tan

2. socks must cover the ankle completely

Sweaters/Sweatshirt/Hoodies

1. In class

   1. Any Lighthouse issued hoodie/sweatshirt

      1. Note: Lighthouse hoodie/sweatshirt is not permitted in   class on chapel days (7th- 12th only)

   2. Solid colored knit sweater (royal blue, black, white or gray)
